Public Speaking
Louis Riggs, J.D. has been a nonprofit leader at the local, regional and statewide levels for 30 years. He is available to speak to you regarding effective leadership at all levels of an organization at all levels of engagement. His most recent effort is spearheading expansion of broadband internet to the nearly 1 million Missourians who do not yet have it as the lead sponsor of HB 1768, which was signed into law in July 2020. Louis is available to provide keynotes, webinars and serve as a panelist or emcee.
